Welcome to our Discount Bee Supply FAQs! Here you'll find answers to common questions about our products and services.  In order for us to provide you with the big discounts offered, we want to be clear and relevant information in order to help you help us as well.   Feel free to explore and enhance your beekeeping experience with us!

How do you offer the discounts so low?

There are many ways for us to pass on savings to you:

  1. Our facility is right here on our farm, so no unit rental/lease to pay

  2. Our overhead is much smaller and we run it efficiently to help reduce our costs further

  3. We manufacture our wooden products right here and not shipped in from other supplier

  4. The wood comes from local suppliers.

  5. It may have some knots or crack, or splits, or slight warp but perfectly find to use in the bee yard.  We use the same products in ours.  

  6. We are not a profit centre, don't have board of directors and executives, and we dont need to pay a team of sales people to get you to buy more.

What is your return policy?

At Discount Bee Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your beekeeping equipment, you can return it within 30 days for refund (shipping to and from, and any damage fees will be deducted from final refund amount.) 

 

You must do the following steps:

1.      Please email us for a Return Number for approval with detailed information for the reasons and pictures

2.      If approved, we will email you an RMA# to include in your return.

3.      You will be responsible for shipping back to us the items at your expense.   It must arrive in good conditions or restocking fees will be applied.

4.      All products much be in unused condition, in orgininal packaging, product packaging box must be in good condition, or else we cannot sell it.

5.      Once received, we will examine the returned goods and issue you a refund.  Shipping charges are non-refundable!  Other fees if applicable will be deducted as well.

Are we a permanent company here to stay?

YES!!  We are a group of companies all in one.  If one slows, the others take up the slack.  It also allows us to also give you the discounts listed for all our products.
